The first time you use your Portal, you are required to agree to the Reglan/MCP Settlement Program Portal User Agreement. You must adhere to those terms. Unauthorized use of the system is prohibited. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution. All transactions are monitored by the Administrators.

The Reglan/MCP Portal is a secure website that allows for the exchange of information between the Reglan/MCP Settlement Program and a Reglan/MCP User (or the authorized representative for a deceased or legally incompetent Reglan/MCP User) or a Reglan/MCP User’s law firm. Only persons authorized by the Reglan/MCP Settlement Program may use the Reglan/MCP Portal. Authorized persons include law firms and unrepresented Reglan/MCP Users. Claims preparation firms, accountants and other entities may not use the Reglan/MCP Portal.

If you are a lawyer requesting access to the Reglan/MCP Portal and you are a member of a law firm that has not been granted access, click the Request Access button to obtain a Login ID and Password. If a member of your law firm has been granted access to the Reglan/MCP Portal, that person, as the Primary Attorney for your law firm, can add new Reglan/MCP Portal users on the Firm Administration tab of the Reglan/MCP Portal.

If you are a pro se claimant (not represented by an attorney), and you have not been granted access, contact the Program Administrator at Questions@ReglanSettlementProgram.com to request access to the Reglan/MCP Portal.

REGLAN/MCP PORTAL ACCESS WARNING

It appears that there is an open session attached to this Login ID. That other login session may have occurred because you have logged into the system from a different computer or you may have closed your browser without first logging out of the Reglan/MCP Portal. If you want this new attempt to become your primary session and close the other session(s) select CONTINUE and it will close the previous session immediately.
